On October 26, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment applicafion submitted to the
Division on August 25, 2004, addressing the following:
Increase Permit Acreage by 7.Z6 acres.
The terms of the Amendment No. 2 approved by the Division aze herebynrcorponted into Permit No. M-1986-015. All
other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1986-015 remain in full force and effect.
The estimated liability amount of $119,398.00 for the Pueblo East Pit, when added to the existing liability amount of
$1,002,207.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not akeady done so, please submit additional bond in the
amount of $119,398.00. The revision will not be final unfil the bond is approved by the Division.
