The Division would appreciate a letter from you
describing what you saw. This letter should include the date when this
situation happened, the size of the hole in the embankment, the approximate
amount of water that was exiting through the hole and where this water was
flowing to. Also, please state the name of the mine representative whom you
contacted and when this contact was made. Finally the Division would
appreciate it if you would state the date when the repair work was performed.
The Division appreciates your cooperation in this matter. If you have any
questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
.,
~'~oseph J. Dudash
Reclamation Specialist
JJD/ern
cc: Dan Hernandez
4485E
