For information, please call this office. <br /> The applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and reclamation <br /> plans are in conformance with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations <br /> or master plan, and is further required to place a copy of the application for <br /> public inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed mine is <br /> situated. It is the Board's understanding that the Act intends for the <br /> t application to be made available for public review and comment in an area <br /> close to the mine.
