EXHIBIT H - WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br /> Attached is a letter from the Division of Wildlife on the original permit application operation. The <br /> Division identified no endangered or unique species of animals threatened by the proposed operation. <br /> The Division of Wildlife would have preferred to not have the area of the River or the Bull Seep <br /> disturbed. The Bull Seep area will largely remained undisturbed, but the South Platte River area will <br /> have a berm constructed for flood control purposes. The Division did ask for extensive revegetation <br /> along the South Platte River, if excavation was to occur in this area, and this was incorporated in the <br /> reclamation plan of the original application. <br /> Page 1, EXHBIT H <br />
