Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On March 12, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on January 19, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Incorporation of a new access road to the site. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2005-012. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2005-012 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $16,500.00 remains the same.
