BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />DRAFT PRE-HEARING ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR THE EMPIRE PIT, <br />112 AMENDMENT APPLICATION, FILE NO. M-77-534. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Boazd ("the Boazd"), through preheating conference officer <br />Sandra Brown, and pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 2.7, conducted a preheating <br />conference on August 31, 2004. The Boazd, having considered this order, as proposed by the <br />preheating conference officer, and having considered any objections or comments from the <br />parties, hereby enters the following Pre-hearing Order for the captioned proceeding: <br />I. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Formal Public Hearing on this matter (unless noticed otherwise) is scheduled for <br />September 22-23, 2004, at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, during the Board's September 2004 meeting. The Boazd's agenda (unless <br />noticed otherwise) will begin at 10:00 a.m on Wednesday and at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. <br />II.
