Posey, Acting Senior Environmental Protection Specialist (Jix £°r B ~~ <br />RE: Costilla County, San Acacio Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1999-024, CN-1 <br />Please be advised that on August 8, 2003, Costilla County, whose address and telephone number are <br />352 Main St., San Luis, CO 81152; (719) 672-9109, filed an application to convert M-1999-024, San Acacio <br />Gravel Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regulaz Construction Materials <br />Permit. The mining and recIarnation operation is located at or neaz Section 28, Township 3N, Range 73W, <br />6th Prime Meridian, in Costilla County. The application decision is sch~uled for November 6, 2003. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Costilla County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twetrty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should comact <br />the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
