The mining and reclamation operation is located at or neaz Section 28, Township 3N, Range 73W, <br />6th Prime Meridian, in Costilla County. The application decision is scheduled for November 6, 2003. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Costilla County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be subFnitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by file Division.
