The submittals aze provided for your files as follows: • Golder Associates letter dated January 29, 2003, Phase IVb Solution Collection ~~ Pipe Installation. This letter addresses two areas in Phase IVb where solution collection piping is not needed, as previously field approved by the Division of Minerals and Geology. • Phase IV PSSA Riser Section and Details Rev 4, Januazy 10, 2003 and Riser Pipe ~ Details Rev 0, January 10, 2003. These drawings detail the installation of four pump risers in the Phase IV PSSA. • Golder Associates 2002 ADR Area Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) ~ Monitoring Report dated January 9, 2003. This report addresses the additional liner installed near the ADR to enhance secondary containment in that azea. • Phase IVc Site Survey Control Plan, Rev 4, November 6, 2002. This drawing ~ shows minor grading changes as previously discussed in the field. • The Rock Drain near Phase IVb Sump is addressed in a letter from Golder / Associates dated November 7, 2002, as previously approved by DMG in the field at the time of construction.
