4 the objectors are allowed 90 minutes to give a
5 presentation.
6 How long do you anticipate you will

8 MR. COHEN: Probably close to the
9 90 minutes. I am sure we will want to take a
l0 break for lunch.
11 THE CHAIRMAN: Can you break your thing
12 approximately in two?
13 MR. COHEN: Yes. We have witnesses and
14 we can qet through as many as we can between now and
15 12:00.
