In attendance at that Conference were your two <br />representatives, Ben Quinn and Marion Brewer, Division staff representatives <br />Mike Savage and Brian .Munson, and the Assessment Officer, David Shelton. The <br />proposed Settlement Agreements are based on information presented by all the <br />parties at the Assessment Conference. If you agree to the proposed Settlement <br />Agreements, please sign them and return them to our office. Should you wish <br />to appeal this proposal, you may do so as outlined in our regulations. <br />I appreciate the constructive manner in which your representatives presented <br />Trinidad Basin Mining's position.
