As a critical element at the terminal end of the Climax <br />water treatment and discharge system, the dosing plant is considered an Environmental <br />Protection Facility (EPF). As such, Climax is submitting three (3) copies of the attached <br />drawings for Division review. These drawin sg are engineered and have been issued for <br />construction nendinQ comments from the Division. Climax would like to initiate <br />construction on this project in early September 2004 in order to complete it prior to the <br />onset of winter. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at 719-486-2150 ext. 723 or Ron Valentine <br />at ext. 727.
