Page 19 Construction Materials Rule 1 (2) In the event of an objection regarding the approval, denial or modification of a 111 Special Operation Permit, the provisions of Pazagraph 1.7.1(2)(b) shall apply. 1.4.8 Office Consideration > 112 Reclamation Permit Application with No Objections (1) When a 112 Reclamation Permit application has. been filed; and there are no protests or petitions for a hearing on the application submitted by a party pursuant to Rule 1.7, the Office shall issue the decision to approve or deny the application, as provided for ilt Section 34-32.5-115 C.R.S., no more than ninety (90) days after the application was filed with the Office.
