Your letter states that your files do
not indicate any response to your October 27, 1999 letter (received by DMG on
November 1, 1999) or to your January 11, 20001etter (received by DMG on January 18,
2000).
We enclose for your files our letter to you dated November 11, 1999, which was written
in response to your October 27, 19991etter, and to which you responded on January 11,
2000. We have not yet responded to your January 11, 2000 letter because the matters
discussed therein continue to be under appeal with the United States Department of the
Interior, Office of Hearings and Appeals, Boazd of Land Appeals (IBLA), and have been
since January 2000.
