Pendleton to me explains the status of <br />the MOU. To wit: once the MOU is signed, and at the discretion of <br />Battle Mountain, I would like to begin the third partp7 sampling. <br />However, as the Board Order stipulates that the Board sign the MOU, <br />and unless we want to second guess their position, it would be <br />advisable to wait for their signature. <br />Please contact me as soon as possible with Battle Mountain's <br />decision.
