We have a concern that if, for some reason, the mining operation fails that there <br />would not be enough funds available to ensure proper restoration. <br />As Mr. Oehlkers stated in his letter, because this operation is as long-term as it is, the cumulative impacts <br />aze difficult to quantify. I agree with him in that it seems to be in our best judgement to be certain that the <br />mine does not end up as a safety risk to people and wildlife, or an eyesore.
