On June 14, 2003 the Division notified you that the current Financial Warranty for this permit
was being increased to $23,195.00 (an increase of $5,095.00), in accordance with Rule 4.2.1 of
the Rules and Regulations. You were required to submit the increase to the Division by August
18, 2003 (within 60 days from the date of notification). To date, the Division has not received the
increase.
Since you have not complied with requirements of the AcUMineral Rules and Regulations, the
Division may send you a Reason to Believe letter in the near future (prior to September 28,
2003) notifying you that a possible violation has occurred and informing you that the Division
may schedule the item for a hearing at the October Mined Land Reclamation Board meeting. If
the Division receives the required bond increase before September 28, 2003, an RTB letter will
not be mailed and the item will not be presented to the Board at the October meeting.
