Exhibit "H" <br />This azea has been mined in this same manner for over 50 yeazs with no known negative <br />impact on the wildlife of the area. Wildlife that is typical of the area: small rodents, rabbits, coyotes, <br />pronghorn antelope, and mule deer as well as several varieties of lizards aze common. <br />This operation will keep the area from rural housing or development that would have a <br />negative affect on the wildlife. <br /> <br />
