Exhibit "G"
(1) Since this is strictly a dry pit operation, no surface or groundwater shall be required.
(2) Since this operation will not affect surface or groundwater systems, items (a) (b) and (c) aze not
necessary for this application. However, the following information is being submitted as a matter
of course to verify this position.
(a) The map shows that Sand Creek is the main part of this permit acreage and the only water course.
Neither aze there any wells, springs or reservoirs on the affected lands or adjacent lands.
(b) There aze no known aquifers to be identified.
(c) There will be no dewatering operation involved in this operation. Sand Creek will flow through
the azea as it has done historically. A Stormwater Dischazge Permit and associated Stormwater
Management Plan (S WMP) will be developed for the operation.
(3) There will be no water requirements as stated previously for the development, mining and
. reclamation phases of this operation.
(4) As stated above, no water will be required or involved so there are no sources of supply.
(5) The applicant will not be acquiring a 404 National Pollutant Dischazge Elimination System
Permit since there will be no discharge. A letter from the Corps of Engineers has confirmed the lack
of necessity for said permit
