BRIGGS: And so your--it's not your understanding <br /> 21 that your developer was suppose to put in culverts on the <br />' 22 Snider Quarry access ro ad and did not? <br />' 23 MS. SCHMIDT: I don't anything about the drainage plan <br /> 24 or the developers. The developer since gone under and apparently <br /> 25 there is several court suits and people trying to find ;him. <br />
