May 6, 2004

Subject: Everist Materials, LLC application to convert Reclamation
Permit
. ~~,-05 ~
~~
1~~
We are homeowners located at 1786 Tiger Road. We oppose the
approval of this application. We feel that rock crushing is incompatible
with the Backcountry and Open Space. Tiger Road already has a
serious traffic problem, along with the fact that Tiger Road provides
access to the Colorado Trail for bicyclists and hikers. We believe this
would be a bad precedent and will certainty drive down property
v_aiues along with it. _ __ ` __ _ ___ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _
oward ellowe
eta. ~-
Ja cie Bellowe
Howard and Jackie Bellowe
5400 S.
