Long
Division Director
From our conversation today, I understand that BMG has been contacte by RCG/Hagler
Bailly regarding payment of invoices 12633 and 12774 and BMG is pre aring payment.
i also understand that my April 25 letter to you and Ann Maest of RC /HBI was never
received by BMG, and that would explain the lapse in time from receipt f the invoices
to payment.
I am sending a copy of the April 25 memo, and ask that you please c nsider it with
regard to the questions posed in the final paragraphs. Namely, we eed to resolve
the issue of lab errors. I understand that BMG has been working on t is problem and
that test results from the lab have been review and interpreted by A rian Brown. I
also understand that you will send a copy of Dr. Brown's report for he Division to
consider with regard to the lab errors.
Please contact me regarding the April 25 letter and let me know what progress has been
made to resolve the issues. I would like to resolve the third-party monitoring
exercise for good, and prepare a final report for the Board. You help will be
greatly appreciated.
Harry H. osey
Contra Admini
Enclosure
cc: Larry Oehler
Jim Stevens
Jim Pendleton
Ann Maest, RCG/HBI
m:min\hhp\Scott2.ltr
