(WWL) that will conduct <br />the third party sampling verification program. While the required scope of work is not finalized at this <br />time, it is anticipated that WWL personnel will include: Mr. Sherman Worthington, Ms. Maine Donner, <br />Mr. John Redmond, Mr. Anthony Willkomm and Mr. Rodney Grebb. All of these individuals have <br />significant experience in conducting sampling programs, and have worked closely together on projects <br />that required strict quality assurance/control procedures and proper data collection medhods. <br />Mr. Worthington will serve as manager of the project. He will be the primary project contact and <br />responsible for overall coordination of activities. Ms. Donner will be responsible for directing and <br />performing any required field investigations, reviewing and evaluating data collection efRorts, and for <br />oversight activities. A brief description of the qualifications for these two individuals is pfovided in the <br />Statement of Qualifications. Mr. Redmond, Mr. Willkomm and Mr. Grebb will provide askistance with <br />any field activities and data collection efforts. A brief description of the qualifications of these <br />individuals is provided below. <br />JOHN V. REDMOND -Project Engineer, Environmental Division <br />B.S. Agricultural Engineering, Colorado State University, 1989 <br />Mr Redmond has worked for WWL for approximately three years and has been actively involved <br />in implementing field investigations that have included sample collection (ground water, surface water <br />and soils) programs, and supervision of well drilling activities. His responsibilities have )included the <br />development of sampling and analyses plans, implementation of field QA/OC programs, data review <br />and interpretation, and report preparation. His experience has also included reclamation design, <br />hydraulic modeling, channel design and erosional stability evaluations. <br />ANTHONY G. WILLKOMM - Siaff Engineer, Environmental Division <br />B.S. Civil Engineering, Colorado State University, 1991 <br />Mr. Willkomm has worked for WWL for approximately one year. To date, his primary responsibilities <br />have been to assist and direct surface water and ground water sampling programs.
