Through <br />these individuals WWL can provide technically sound and practical solutions, and a team <br />which is responsive to the needs and demands of today's operating environment. Brief <br />resumes of key individuals responsible for performance of water related projects were <br />previously provided. The following brief resumes describe the experience of key <br />individuals of the firm responsible for geotechnical projects. The group of engineers and <br />scientists which make up our team have the education and proven experience to <br />undertake and successfully complete the most demanding projects. <br />CLINTON L. STRACHAN -Vice President; Manager, Geotechnical/Mining mivision <br />M.S. Geotechnical Engineering, Colorado State University, 1979 <br />B.S. In Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, Wyoming, and Montang <br />Mr. Strachan has over ten years experience in mine waste disposal and related <br />technical disciplines including work as coordinator of multi-disciplinary effprts for mine <br />and mill closures. Mr. Strachan has been involved with evaluation and design of various <br />new mine process and waste facilities, including tailings impoundments, waste disposal <br />facilities, sedimentation and crystallization ponds, and heap leach facilities. Work <br />experience includes site selection, investigation, and evaluation; design; construction <br />document preparation; and construction supervision. He has performed seismicity and <br />seismic stability analyses for various projects, as well as assisted in geochemical <br />evaluation of subsoils, rock, wastes and construction materials. <br />DOUGLAS O. In Colorado <br />Mr. Gibbs' experience includes evaluation and design of new mine process and <br />waste facilities such as heap leach, waste disposal and tailings reclamation projects. <br />Work experience includes site selection, investigation and evaluation, design, and report <br />and construction document preparation. Geotechnical and hydraulic fields experience <br />includes supervision of drilling and sampling; foundation and tunnel rehabilitation grouting; <br />monitor well installation, completion and sampling; liner installation; and coneipenetration <br />testing. Design experience includes PCSTABL, PCSLOPE stability, computerized hydraulic <br />flow analysis and water balances. <br />w <br />
