Water, Waste & Land, Inc. . ~ Statement of Qualifications <br />5 <br />OUR PERSONNEL <br />The personnel of WWL, our regular staff as welt as corporate and associate <br />consultants, give us the ability to provide clients the very best engineering and <br />environmental consulting available. We have working relationships with several <br />associates who provide technical expertise in areas that complement those of our regular <br />staff and corporate consultants. Our team of engineers and scientists have the education, <br />experience and proven capabilities to undertake and successfully compl@te the most <br />technically demanding projects. <br />The key members of our staff are shown on the organization chart presented on <br />the previous page. Brief resumes of each of the individuals who perform lead roles in <br />water related projects follow. Similar resumes of the other key members of our firm are <br />provided in Appendix A. <br />LYLE A. DAVIS -President <br />M.S. Agricultural Engineering, Colorado State University, 1978 <br />B.S. Agricultural Engineering, Colorado State University, 1976 <br />A.A. Mathematics, Lamar Community College, 1974 <br />P.E. In Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, Arizona and California <br />Mr. Davis is technical and administrative leader of the firm. Mr. Davis has <br />significant experience in surface and ground water characterization and computer <br />modeling. His background includes a thorough knowledge of saturated and partially <br />saturated flow through porous media. Mr. Davis has directed major environmental base <br />line studies and has assisted in the installation of many forms of field instrumentation for <br />monitoring and evaluating surface and ground water systems. He has supervised the <br />drilling, completion and pump testing of water wells and has utilized data in modeling <br />complex ground water regimes. Mr. Davis also directs the development and Modification <br />of computer software to handle project-specific needs. <br />SHERMAN J.
