In this letter, Trinidad Basin Mining <br />Company expressed its desire to abandon the mine site and relinquish the existing <br />reclamation bond. <br />The Division has begun its process for complying with this request. We hope to complete <br />this process within the neM six weeks. We will keep you informed as to the status of <br />these proceedings.
