The Board assessed a civil penalty in the amount of $3,800.00
($100.00 per day for 38 days in operation) and suspended all but $500.00
if the technical revision to bring the operation into compliance was
approved prior to the end of the June, 1984 Board meeting.
2. The technical revision required as abatement to the violation was
approved by the Board with no increase in the financial warranty.
Therefore, the civil penalty of $500.00 must be paid within 30 days of the
Board action which calculates to be June 22, 1984.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Division.
Sincerely,
~~ ~~
Carol Russell
Reclamation Specialist
CRJph
Enclosure
Doc.
