This released was approved in conjunction with the
Conversion Application (CN-O1) of an adjacent site operated by Cater Lake Enterprises, Permit No. M-1985-099. The
CN-01 application did not completely incorporate the 23.7 acres as noted in your release request. Therefore, the
Division conducted a follow up inspection on March 23, 2005 to verify that no mining was taking place in the
unincorporated area.
The permit area was reduced to 177 acres, through the release of 23.7 acres in this permit action. Because the permit
is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sin ely, ///'''~~~
s ~~
Erica S.
