Given the fact that you have already stated <br />your inability to comply with both enforcement orders, we suggest that you submit a letter <br />requesting that this matter be considered at the January 1996 Board hearing. The hearing would <br />be scheduled for February 1996 if no such letter is provided. At the Board meeting, we would <br />suggest that the matters of the Show Cause Order, permit revocation, bond forfeiture, and any civil <br />penalties associated with the NOV and CO are dealt with concurrently.
