The project is located <br />near Egezia Creek within Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 85 <br />West, Latitude 40° 3' 20.3", Longitude 106° 53' 34.5", Routt <br />County, Colorado. <br />In accordance with Section 404 of the Clean water Act, a <br />Department of the Army permit is required prior to commencing any <br />discharge (including mechanized land clearing) of dredged or fill <br />material in waters of the United States. Waters of the United <br />States include the territorial seas; perennial, intermittent, and <br />ephemeral streams; lakes, ponds, impoundments; and wetlands. For <br />youz convenience, I am enclosing a list of consultants that <br />perform wetland and other jurisdictional delineations and that <br />may also assist with obtaining a permit from the Corps of <br />Engineers.
