-z- CEASE AND DESIST CRDER Based upon these same Findings of Fact and Notice of Violation, and in accordance with C.R.S. 34-32-124(2), (6) and (T), the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation 3oard hereby orders Gold Hill Ventures and Colina Ora Molino, Inc. to: Cease and desist from conducting the following mining and Willing operations at the Cash (Gold Hill) Mill and Mine - Permit M-a3-141: Cease and desist from mining and milling at tie site until all corrective actions have been completed to the satisfaction of the Division by 5:00 p.m. on 5/23/92. 2. Mail, within one (1) day after r?ceipt of this Notice, to *_he Mined Land Reclamation Board, written notice of your ccmplianc? '.+it~i paragraph one (1> of this Cease and Oesist Crder. 3.
