Banta, <br />Division Director <br />RE: Formal Public Hearing of June 27, 1991 - Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board - Blue Flame Mine - C-81-053 <br />Dear Mr. Lobato: <br />On June 27, 1991, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) conducted <br />a Formal Public Hearing. The hearing was conducted to determine the status of <br />the pending Order to Show Cause Why Permit Should Not be Suspended or Revoked <br />("Order to Show Cause") issued July 30, 1990, and to review the status of the <br />Order Conditionally Suspending Civil Penalties Issued January 23, 1991. <br />Proper hearing notices were sent June 5, 1991. Mr. Kevin Martinez, of L & L <br />Energy was present and testified at the June 27, 1991 hearing. <br />At this hearing, the Board issued the attached Findings of Fact, Conclusions <br />of Law, and Order.
