(TR-005) for the Deepe Farm Pit was submitted to <br /> reduce the number of lakes on the reclaimed area from five (5), with a total of 38.1 acres of exposed water, <br /> to two(2), with a total acreage of 4.2 acres of exposed water. Western Mobile also proposed adding a shallow <br /> drainage channel at the north end of the pit and extending the previously approved drainage channel along the <br /> east side of the pit. The Division made the determination that this submittal should be submitted as an <br /> amendment and denied the technical revision on December 23, 1996. As of December 23, 1996 the Division <br /> has not received the amendment application, we will notify you if we receive an amendment application. <br /> If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Division. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Gregg R.
