(EFCI) requests an extension of the date to abate <br />Step No. 1 of the above referenced NOV. Due to circumstances at the mine, primarily the <br />efforts to retrieve the continuous miner still covered with rock, we have yet to determine a <br />plan to change drainage on the Monarch fan road.
