A request for a formal public hearing was submitted by <br />Mr. Robert Krassa, representing Raton West-Baldwin, Ltd., an overlying landowner. Mr. Krassa <br />submitted 13 comments in three letters dated February 22, 1994, February 25, 1994 and <br />April ~, 1994. <br />The following is a listing of these comments, the document where these comments may be <br />found, and the resolution of the comment item. <br />Comment..
