E.13 Drill Hole Plugging <br />Exploration and geotechnical drill holes are not included in this 112 permit application, but rather <br />are addressed in separate, stand-alone exploration notices. Unless approved otherwise, drill holes <br />will be abandoned in accordance with Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. Pad areas will be <br />reclaimed by replacing salvaged topsoil, regrading and ripping the disturbed area, and broadcast <br />seeding with the approved reclamation seed mix. <br />E.14 Measures to be Taken During Extended Periods of Non-operation <br />In the event that market conditions or other circumstances require a temporary cessation of mine <br />operations, Denison will provide notice to the BLM in accordance with the requirements of Part <br />3802.4.7, Title 43 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and to DRMS in accordance with <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. During non-operating periods, Denison will <br />maintain the buildings, drainage structures, roads, and other surface facilities in a safe and <br />environmentally acceptable condition.
