Anew <br />BLM permit will be issued once the EA is completed for the new area Ouray County <br />proposes to disturb. <br />The comments we had in our November 21, 1995 letter have been addressed in the <br />January 15, 1996 submission by Ouray County to our satisfaction. Once the EA is <br />completed, a Free Use Permit will be issued to Ouray County, and a copy of the <br />permit will be sent to you.
