An assessment conference was held at the Division's office on June 5, 1996. In <br />attendance at the conference, in addition to yourself and me, were Erica Crosby and Larry <br />Routten representing the Division and Rich Atkinson, Kimberly Wolf and Diane Kennedy <br />representing Colowyo Coal Company. As we discussed in the conference I have <br />recommended [o the Division Director u3 vacate NOV C-96-01 I and combine it with <br />C-96-006. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the settlement agreement within ten (10) days as <br />instructed on the form. If you disagree with the settlement agrcemcnt, do not sign it.
