Long <br /> <br />Re:Board Hearing Notice, San Luis Project Division D~reaor <br />Dear Mr. Martinez: <br />The Division is currently planning to go before the Mined Land Reclamation Bo d at the March <br />21-22, 2001 meetins to request to discontinue sending you a monthly memo reg ding the <br />Division's receipt of the water quality lab results for the RS-I - RS-6 surface sta ions, the M-6 <br />thru M-15 monitoring wells, the DW-2, D87-24 and SF-l monitoring wells and he tailings and <br />collection ponds. <br />The Division feels it is no longer necessary to send you the monthly memo since) the internal <br />procedures BMRI initiated in 1995 adequately addressed the problem that occu ed previous to <br />1995.
