DV94-12-R, DV94-18-R, <br />DV94-20-R, DV95-1-P and DV95-2-P -- Second Status Report <br />Deaz Judge McDonald: <br />Pursuant to the Orders entered in the referenced cases by Judge Child on January 4, 1995, <br />Kerr Coal Company submits this Second Status Report. <br />The Settlement Agreement, which was referred to in the Stipulated Motions for Stay filed <br />on or about December 23, 1994, continues to be implemented in accordance with its terms, ,Kerr <br />Coal Company estimates that performance of all such terms will be completed during the ast <br />calendar quarter of 1995.
