MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD/STATE OF COLORADO, Public Notice in conformance
with the Sunshine Administrative Procedures Act, C.R.S. 1973. The Mined Land Reclamation Board
will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 18, 2000 at the Hotel Colorado
(Devereux Room), 526 Pine Street, Gle-twood Springs, Colorado, beginning at 1:00
p.m..
On Thursday, October l9, 2000, the Board will tour American Soda's mining
operation in Rifle, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Due to the statutory deadlines and other responsibilities and requirements, the following Mined Land
Reclamation Board Meeting AGENDA IS TENTATIVE AND WILL BE REVISED. If you have
