Beaver <br />Fort Morgan, CO +80701 <br />RE: Permit Application 9SMR310F, Sand and Gravel Mining Operation located at 18825 <br />Hwy. 52, Morgan County, Colorado <br />Dear Mr. Miner, <br />Your application has been received by the Division and a preliminary analysis has been made. <br />It has been determined that no emission permit will be required for the above referenced source ~, <br />as the production rate will be 70,000 tons per year or less. An Air Pollutant Emission Notice j <br />is required, however, as uncontrolled emissions of particulate matter less than 10 microns (PM)T <br />wil! be more tfian 2 tons per year. <br />This exemption from permit requirements is issued in reliance upon the accuracy and <br />completeness of information supplied by the applicant and is conditioned upon construction, <br />installation, and operation in accordance with this information and with representations made by <br />the applicant or the applicant's agents. Specifically, this exemption has been granted provided <br />that the following information is accurate and complete: <br />The production rate does not exceed 70,000 tons per year. Annual records of the actual <br />production rate shall be maintained and made available to the Division for inspection <br />upon request. <br />2. Visible emissions shall not extxed 20% opacity. <br />3. There shaft be no trar-sport of visible emissions off~site. <br />4. The applicant shalt follow the control plan as submitted with the application. <br />
