R57w Mnrgan r,,,,,,ry <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species list: <br />Deer, coyote, fox rabbits, squirrel, raccoon, opossum,~skunk, beaver, muskrat, turkey, <br />pheasant, quail, dove, waterfowl, shorebirds, raptors, magpie and numerous small <br />rodents and seasonal songbirds. <br />Endangered/critical species impacted: <br />No known threatened or endangered species <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities. impaefed: N p <br />Assessment of impact: <br />Project area is in the riparian area of the South Platte river and is adjacent to a <br />wildlife management area. Wildlife will be negatively impacted if the tree corridor <br />along the river is removed. <br />Mine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). <br />As it is planned for this project to last a considerable time, it is recommended <br />that a buffer of trees be protected between the operation and the river.
