Also enclosed is a <br />copy of a letter dated April 23, 1987, from Fred Banta to Dan <br />Hadley regarding the current status of the Chimney Rock Mine, <br />Colorado Coal Mining Company Mine No. 2, and Kaiser Exploration <br />Operations. <br />The permittee and the operator have the obligation to <br />comply with informational requirements of the Division and to <br />maintain the site.
