Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Nicholson Gravel Pit, Conversion Approval, Permit No. M-1986-048, Revision No. CN-1 <br />Dear Mr. Johnson: <br />On January 27, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Conversion application submitted to the <br />Division on December 3, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Convert the existing 110c permit to a 112c permit and add 40 acres to the permit area. <br />Other modifications to the permit include: <br />1) Changing the,final grades from 8h:ly to 3h:ly <br />2) Revising the revegetation seed mix to the mix recommended by the Morgan Conservation District.
