- ~. ! ~- <br />15.3 The Work and performance of same shall comply with all citly, county, state <br />and federal codes, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits and authorizations, including <br />but not limited to, employment, health, safety and environmental protection laws. <br />15.4 Failure to insist upon strict compliance with any provision hereof shall not be <br />deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision hereof. <br />15.5 Neither party shall be liable to the other for any consequ¢ntial damages <br />incurred by either, due to the fault of the other. <br />15.6 Other than by Change Order, as described in Section 115 herein, this <br />Agreement may not be modified except upon written Amendment executed by the parties <br />hereto. <br />15.7 The invalidity or enforceability of any provision hereof shall not affect the <br />validity or enforceability of any other provision. <br />15.8 This Agreement and all other Contract Documents supersede all previous <br />agreements between BMRI and Contractor concerning the Work. <br />-27- <br />
