<br /> <br />BMRI, in which case the Contractor is authorized to provide such information <br />solely to the DMG; <br />(b) the Contractor is required to provide to the DMG in accordance with the <br />MOU, in which case the Contractor is authorized to provide such information <br />solely to the DMG; <br />(c) was in Contractor's lawful possession prior to disclosure to Contractor; or <br />(c) is in or hereafter enters the public domain through no fault or action on the <br />part of Contractor; or <br />(d) is obtained by Contractor from a third party without violatidn by the third <br />party of a secrecy obligation, and without a requirement that Contractor hold <br />the Confidential Business Information in confidence. <br />Article 14 -Taxes and Liens <br />14.1 Contractor shall pay taxes and contributions levied on thel payroll of its <br />employees engaged in the performance of the Work, and all sales, use, exciso, property and <br />other taxes levied upon or applicable to materials or Work furnished by Contractor. <br />-25- <br />
