<br /> <br />of stock, or otherwise, of all or any portion of the Work required under this Agreement <br />without first obtaining the written consent of BMRI. <br />12.2 The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall inure to 'the benefit of, <br />and shall be binding upon, the successors and permitted assigns of the respective parties <br />hereto. <br />Article 13 -Ownership of Work Product <br />13.1 The originals and copies of all reports, publications, exhibits, films, data, <br />conclusions, information and other work product furnished by BMRI to 'Contractor or <br />obtained or developed by Contractor under this Agreement, and all informaltion regarding <br />BMRI's business plans, operations, properties, practices, records, inventions, alnd discoveries <br />shall be and remain the property of BMRI. Upon termination of this Agreement, or upon <br />the prior request of BMRI, Contractor shall deliver such work product and ~nfonnation to <br />BMRI. <br />13.2 Contractor shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, 'in any mining <br />claims, leases, mining rights or fee lands in the San Luis Gold Project Area, Cbstilla County, <br />Colorado without BMRI's prior written consent. Any interest acquired in violation of this <br />Article, at BMRI's request and at no cost to BMRI, shall be conveyed to BMRI. <br />-23- <br />
