To get to Water Street coming from the south, <br />you take highway 149 to 8 1/2 st., which then goes to Water Street. The area <br />is question is almost to the end of Water Street. I will give you a copy of <br />the survey the Bakers had done, and also show you some pictures we have at <br />th= time of the work. They show some of the big piles of shale that was <br />removed.
