Submit an detailed plan to the Division which describes the proposed measures <br />to be employed to prevent future spills and insure containment in the pond. <br />Include a map with the location of all monitor wells on the permit area and <br />downgradient from the tailings pond and all water monitoring data collected <br />from these wells over the last year. Include in the plan a water level and water <br />monitoring scheme for current monitor wells, ponds, adits and underground <br />workings. <br />b. Submit an amendment to the Division which adds acreage to the permit, that <br />includes areas disturbed outside the permit boundary and areas where water or <br />tailings are conveyed. <br />In compliance with this order, we are submitting the following plan of milling <br />operations. The tailings will be pumped from the mill in the tailings discharge line, which will <br />be placed around the periphery of lower edge of the impoundment dam. All of the mill <br />tailings dischazge lines will be kept within the inside of the lined portion of the pond to prevent <br />1 <br />
